What can you expect

In between sessions:

  1. Support in between sessions via text or email

  2. Attend to any triggers with a short session

After the 6 session:

  1. Evaluate if more sessions are required

  2. Maximum 20 sessions (usually 10 sessions are enough with 3 monthly follow up sessions within a year)

Meet virtually for:

  1. Minimum of 6 one-to-one weekly sessions (1-2hours)

    Together:

  2. We will identify the blocks related to your issue

  3. We guide you in gentle ways so your body can cope

  4. We use many scientific and body and mind connection approaches for trauma completion

  5. Our ultimate goal is make you feel safe, heard, accepted and validated

  6. We ensure that you leave feeling light and ready to face your day

  7. At the end of the session we will provide you with self-care tips for the integration of the healing process
